Step into one of our luxurious Norwegian log cabins, each equipped with a cozy seating area and fully-equipped kitchenette with an oven. Enjoy the freedom of self-catering while surrounded by the natural beauty of the park.

Explore the surrounding area, from the stunning north Norfolk coast just a short 40-minute drive away to the historic Sandrigham Estate, just 25 km from the property. Take advantage of the on-site activities such as fishing and cycling (at an extra charge) or take a short trip to nearby Hunstanton and Ely.

01 What time does the reception open?

The reception is open Monday to Thursday from 9AM to 7PM, Fridays from 9AM to 8PM, Weekends from 9AM to 5PM

02 Are there restaurants on site?

We have two restaurants at Woodlakes, Woodland Kitchen & Bar and Jack's restaurant.

03 Can i park outside my lodge?

Yes, All lodges have private parking outside. (Except the accommodation bus)

04 Is my hot tub shared?

If your lodge has a hot tub, it's all yours to enjoy privately.

05 How do i book a table at Jack's Restaurant?

06 How do i book a table at Liv Pan Asia?

07 What fish are in the lakes and how big do they get?

The lakes are stocked with Carp upto 38lbs

08 Is there a shop on site?

Yes, We have a Shop in the reception open daily.

09 Can i bring a pet?

Yes, pets are welcome if the pet icon is visible on your lodge page. To reward our customers for booking directly on our website, you can bring up to three pets: the first pet costs £30, and the other two are £15 each. If you book through Booking.com, it's £30 per pet.

10 Are towels included?

Yes, towels are included, with one towel per person per lodge. Extra towel changes can be purchased when booking.

11 What if i need to check in out of hours?

If you are arriving outside of reception hours, we will contact you by phone and email with instructions on how to check into your lodge.

12 Is there the damage deposit policy?

Yes, we will place an £80 hold on your card before you arrive. This hold will be released 48 hours after your stay, provided there are no damages to your lodge.

13 When will the damage deposit be released.

The damage deposit hold will be released 48 hours after checkout. We do not take payment; your bank holds the funds on our behalf. Depending on your bank, it may take longer for the funds to appear back in your usable balance.

14 What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in starts at 4PM and checkout is 10AM.

15 Can i check in earlier than 4PM and later than 10PM

Yes, When booking you can purchase early check-in and late check-out. Eary check-in is 2PM and late check-out is 11:30AM.

16 Are there lodges i can fish from?

Yes, We have multiple lodges with private fishing pegs, Mainly the Cedars on the Cabin lake and some of the Larch lodges on the Two Pole Lake.

We have lakes suitable for beginners through to experienced anglers. Day tickets & guest tickets are available. We also offer annual memberships providing discounted entry, night fishing access, and exclusive use of the championship lake. Fishing is open all year round.
